I'm all for this plan. It was good to give a credit to first-time homebuyers, it's even better to give a credit to everyone. There are plenty of people sitting on the sidelines that have money to buy. This would be a BIG boost to the housing problem.

Mr. McClelland’s credit card company was calling yet again, wondering when it could expect the next installment on his delinquent account. He proposed paying half of his $5,486 balance and calling the matter even.
